Kapital is a hybrid of a city builder and a social manager. You are the mayor of a city destroyed by war. Your task is to restore the city by managing limited resources, solving social conflicts and overcoming crisis situations.

The population of your city consists of 3 classes: nobles, bourgeois and workers. Nobles are wealthy and educated people who receive their privileges by birthright, Bourgeois are entrepreneurs who have earned their fortune through hard work and luck, Workers are ordinary people with no education or property. They all want to live better.
Rebuilding a city is not an easy task. Your resources are limited. You need to decide who gets food and shelter first. New threats will not be long in coming.
You will not be able to please all the inhabitants of the city. Disgruntled people will protest and riot. You must decide which class to support and which to suppress.
It is in your power to enact new laws that will determine the future of society. Which class will dominate the new political system? Only you can answer this question.
