Gemeinsam mit seinem Freund und Anwalt Dr. Gonzo fährt Duke zum Ausgangspunkt der Motorrad-Rallye: Las Vegas. Mit sich führt das Gespann Unmengen von Drogen. Am Ziel angekommen, können die beiden kaum noch stehen, das Rennen verschwindet hinter undurchdringlichen Nebelwolken und die Glitzermetropole mutiert zum Hort des Grauens.
