aMule development alive again

Just when you thought it was completely dead....
There's been a flurry of aMule activity over the past few months and a LOT of outstanding issues (some over 15 years old) are now fixed - including memory leaks, and very slow updates when sharing lots of files.

There aren't any release packages YET, but if you can drive a compiler please pop in and try it out - you should be very pleasantly surprised by the fixes and improvements made so far.
